Transferring Your ENT Care
Plattsburgh ENT can assist our current patients with initiating a referral to a new ENT practice prior to our permanent closure on September 18, 2026. Please contact our office before this date if you would like assistance initiating a referral.
After September 18, 2026, Plattsburgh ENT will no longer be available to initiate referrals. Patients requiring a referral to establish care with a new ENT provider will need to contact their Primary Care Provider (PCP) for assistance.

Please Note
This information is provided as a resource to assist our patients with establishing future ENT care. Plattsburgh ENT does not guarantee appointment availability or insurance participation at any of the practices listed above. Availability and referral requirements may change, so patients should contact the receiving practice directly before transferring care.

We encourage patients who know they will need continued ENT care to begin this process before September 18, 2026, whenever possible.
